All match dates, kickoff times, team records, and broadcast channel guides are compiled for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we make every reasonable effort to verify fixture data with official federations, match times may be modified by tournament organizers due to weather, television re-scheduling, or security considerations without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Fair Use
All team names, club crests, federation marks, and competition logos displayed on Dookeela are the registered trademarks and intellectual property of their respective sports organizations (e.g., Premier League, UEFA, NBA, FIA). They are referenced on Dookeela under doctrine of nominative fair use for descriptive, identification, and informational purposes only. Dookeela claims no affiliation with, sponsorship from, or endorsement by these organizations.
4. Third-Party Broadcasters & External Services
Our website provides direct links to authorized, legal sports streaming carriers (e.g., TrueID, TrueVisions, beIN SPORTS, SPOTV NOW, AIS PLAY). Dookeela has no control over the content, operational uptime, fee structures, or regional geo-restrictions imposed by third-party services. Any subscription purchase or streaming contract made with external rightsholders is strictly between you and that service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When accessing Dookeela, you agree not to: (a) engage in automated data scraping, aggressive crawling, or denial-of-service attacks that impair site performance; (b) attempt to circumvent any security headers or rate limits; or (c) misrepresent Dookeela as an unauthorized streaming distributor.
